DAVIDOFF

Davidoff is a Swiss enterprise that has made a name for itself in the tobacco industry by producing and promoting cigars as its primary products, alongside blends of pipe tobacco and an array of smoking accessories, in addition to a range of luxury items, including fragrances, timepieces, writing instruments, eyewear, coffee, and cognac. Founded in 1930 by Zino Davidoff, the brand is now recognized for its quality, expertise, and refinement.

Zino Davidoff was a pioneer in the world of cigars. He introduced and shared his passion for cigars in Europe, inventing, among other things, cigar humidors. His small cigar store in Geneva became the center of Cuban cigars in Europe.

After World War II, Zino Davidoff proposed to the Cubans to launch a range of cigars by associating the names of great Bordeaux wine vintages with Havana cigars. This is how the Davidoff Château Lafite, Château Latour, Château d'Yquem, Château Haut-Brion, and Château Mouton Rothschild cigars were born, which have become legendary cigars.

Following this collaboration with the Cubans, they proposed to Zino Davidoff to create his own cigars. The Davidoff N°1, N°2, and Ambassadrice were thus born, followed by the series of 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000.

Today, Davidoff cigars are produced in the Dominican Republic, but still in the same spirit of perfection that has made the brand's reputation. The brand thus perpetuates the legend of this man who wrote the history of cigars in Europe and continues to offer quality and prestigious cigars.
