OMAR PRODUCTED BY NANTOU

Omar is a wonderful whisky distilled by the Nantou company. This company has a beautiful story full of tradition and expertise. It was created in 1978 by Mr Pan. It is located in central Taiwan. The expertise of this unique man, his experience and culture stem from his European "pilgrimage" to explore wine (France), beer (Germany) and especially whisky (Scotland). With the aim of developing a range of whiskeys in a very Scottish style, Mr Pan launched the Omar range of whisky, a wonderful single malt creation, in 2008. The word Omar means amber, in Gaelic. Nantou is a symbol of the global revival of whisky and attests to the quality and expertise of its Asian producers
